This Policy (“Policy”) describes the policies and procedures that you agree when you choose to deliver the products INSIDE MAIN GATE SMIT (Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology) through / via our website located at hungerbay.com, or the HungerBay mobile application (collectively, “HungerBay Platform”) made available by Bytster Technologies Private Limited (“HungerBay”, “Company”, “we”, “us” and “our”),  a private company established under the laws of India having its registered office at 101, Sofitel, Haroon Nagar, Shanti Kunj, Phulwarisharif, Patna - 801505

The terms “you” and “your” refer to the user of the HungerBay Platform. The term “Services” refers to any services offered by HungerBay whether on the HungerBay Platform or otherwise.

Please read this Policy before using the HungerBay Platform or submitting any personal information to HungerBay. This Policy is a part of and incorporated within, and is to be read along with, the Terms of Use.

YOUR CONSENT

By using the HungerBay Platform and the Services, you agree and consent to the collection, transfer, use, storage, disclosure and sharing of your information and account information with SMIT and Local Legal authorities as in when required in case of any enquiry.
DO NOT ASK DELIVERY EXECUTIVE TO DELIVER ANY PRODUCTS BANNED BY THIS POLICY BUT NOT LIMITED TO THIS POLICY. IF YOU'RE FOUND OUT, WE WILL STRAIGHT AWAY REPORT THIS TO REQUIRED AUTHORITIES. If you do not agree with the Policy, please do not use or access the HungerBay Platform to get the products delivered INSIDE SMIT.

POLICY CHANGES

We may occasionally update this Policy and such changes will be posted on this page. If we make any significant changes to this Policy we will endeavour to provide you with reasonable notice of such changes, such as via prominent notice on the HungerBay Platform or to your email address on record and where required by applicable law, we will obtain your consent. To the extent permitted under the applicable law, your continued use of our Services after we publish or send a notice about our changes to this Policy shall constitute your consent to the updated Policy.

DELIVERY OF ITEMS IN SMIT

The following articles are prohibited from shipment INSIDE SMIT

• Ammunition

• Marijuana, including marijuana intended for medicinal use

• Tobacco in any form (Cigarettes, Hukka and it's accessories, any paper rolls etc)

• E-Cigarettes, Vape etc

• Alcoholic Beverages or any alcoholic drinks

• Drugs as stated here on (https://cdsco.gov.in/opencms/opencms/en/consumer/List-Of-Banned-Drugs/)

• Banned drugs by Narcotics control Bureau

• Articles of high/unusual value

• Animal products, non-domesticated

• Biological substances, Category B and exempt human or animal specimens

• Dangerous goods

• Firearms and weapons (including inert and replica explosive weapons)

• Gold or other precious metals

• Live animals

• Perishables

• Shipments prohibited by law Indian Law and SMIT Regulation
